Terms of Service

1. Wholesale buyers only

Arsam Wholesale LLC ("we", "us") sells to businesses, retailers, resellers, and institutions for commercial and resale purposes. By placing an order, you confirm that you are buying on behalf of a business and are authorized to do so. We may request business verification before fulfilling an order.

2. Pricing and minimum order quantities

• Tiered pricing: every product shows volume price breaks. The unit price applied to your order is set by the quantity ordered, using the tiers published on the product page at the time of purchase.
• Minimum order quantities (MOQs) are printed on every product and enforced at checkout.
• Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price confirmed in your order confirmation is the price you pay.
• Shipping and freight are quoted separately and confirmed by your account representative before dispatch.

3. Order acceptance and cancellation

• Submitting the checkout form places an order request. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order number (for example, AW-2026-0001).
• We may cancel or adjust an order in case of pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspected fraud, and we will notify you promptly.
• You may request cancellation before the order ships by contacting us. Once an order has shipped, our returns policy applies.

4. Payment terms

• Wire transfer: all orders are paid by bank wire transfer. Your personal wiring instructions — amount, bank details, and payment reference — appear on the order confirmation page immediately after checkout. Orders ship after funds clear (usually 1–2 business days).

5. Shipping, delivery, and risk of loss

Orders typically dispatch from our Sacramento, California warehouse within 48 hours via parcel, LTL, or pallet freight. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to the carrier. Please inspect shipments on arrival and report damage or shortages within 48 hours so we can file a carrier claim.

6. Returns and refunds

Unopened cases in resalable condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior authorization. Return freight is the buyer's responsibility unless the error was ours. Perishable items, clearance items, and custom-cut or special-order items are final sale. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access to any part of it, submit false business information, or place orders with no intent to pay.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for the products in that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits from resale.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Arsam Wholesale LLC harmless from claims arising from your misuse of this website or your breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.

11. Severability and waiver

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of that term.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here at the time of your order applies to that order.
